Our beef comes from Helms Heritage Farm. Their cows are kept on grass 100% of their life and supplemented with organic, soy-free feed during the winter months when the grass is not at its peak. Every cow that's processed from their farm has been born and raised on the farm. Their cows are processed at an FDA approved facility.
